I LOVE rainy days! And I especially love them when I'm all cozy at home with a nice cup of coffee and an adorable couple's engagement session to blog :-)
Meet JV and Char'lee. They are gorgeous, sweet, and lots of fun. When we initially started talking about where they wanted to do their engagement photos they didn't even have to think about it... they wanted to go back to high school. Where they first met. Awwwwe!

Michelle and Phillip are engaged! And I got to photograph them and their ridiculously cute little lady, Bella! Here are my faves...

This might just be my most favorite engagement session to date. Not only because Amanda and Trent are an awesome couple, but because they trusted me enough to just hop in my car and drive blindly up the 10 fwy until we saw somewhere cool to shoot. Even I had my doubts about 45 minutes into the drive, but then we saw this deserted little gem with the gates wide open:
These red palettes made my heart happy... I love them with Amanda's yellow shirt.
I think this is my favorite of the day...
I heart them...
After we were done playing in this spot we hopped back in the car and continued on up the 10 fwy... until Amanda spotted this awesome place:
(PS for my mom: I know it's kind of ugly with the trash everywhere, but I really like the contrast of the gorgeous light, the lovey couple, and the ghetto-ness)
Yeah, that's right. A giant tire in the middle of the best wild flowers ever. I love shooting in places like this...
I love how Amanda is looking at Trent here.... so sweet :-)
I know, I know it's out of focus... but I like it anyway.
Fontana may not be the prettiest place around, but the light was amazing.
